  • Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
    You can cancel or modify your order if it hasn't been processed for shipping yet. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you might be able to return the item according to our return policy.

    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • What are your shipping options and costs?
    We offer free shipping to the US on all items! For faster shipping, get in touch before your order ships (but be aware that it may cost extra). For shipping rates to Canada and other countries, please check the checkout page.
  • Delivery Times
    Our delivery times greatly vary. They range anywhere from 5-40 days, depending on manufacturing times and location.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For detailed instructions, please see our return policy page or contact our customer service. Personalized items may not be returned unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the courier's website. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
