Note: In the traditional liturgical calendar, when Easter falls early there are fewer Sundays after Epiphany before Lent. The unused Sundays after Epiphany are then transferred after the 23rd Sunday after Pentecost, so the year always reaches the 24th Sunday after Pentecost right before the First Sunday of Advent.
